In the case of a no-show, 50% of the total cost of the service will be automatically charged to your credit card.

Deposits will not be refunded for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. No exceptions.

Any appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time can be re-scheduled and the deposit will be put toward the new appointment.

For cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled time with no re-scheduled appointment, the deposit will be credited back to the original method of payment.

None of the services currently offered are refundable.

Deposits may be refunded if cancellation occurs a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, if no new appointment is booked.

Typically, a consultation is not required.

An in-person assessment will be done at the start of your appointment. We will make sure to discuss your desired results.

For Microblading, Powder and Nano Brows, we will first design the brows using an adjustable makeup pencil. Then, the pigment colour will be selected based on your natural colouring. We do not begin until you are completely comfortable with the design.

Alternately, a positive review on Facebook or the Studio Tamsen Rae Vagaro page can go a long way.

Whether an old brow tattoo can be covered depends greatly on how light it is and how deep the previous pigment was implanted.

If the previous permanent makeup was deposited too deeply into the skin and the colour is still too bold, it may overshadow the hair strokes that will be done, leading to results that look unnatural. Simply put: if the old work is too dark, the hair strokes risk not being apparent as we’d simply be adding more pigment to an already deeply pigmented area.

It is equally important to consider that, depending on the desired shape of the brow, some previous work may need laser removal if it falls outside the desired outline or is too dark to properly cover up.
